The summary of my junior year in high school 2009-2010

School. The word that causes even the strongest students to cry. Students dread having to wake up early in the mornings only to be bombarded by tests and assignments. Students are afraid of having to sit next to the noisy or stinky students. This is all what students really think about. Students don't take advantage of school; therefore, they take very little out of it. They don't encode the true meanings behind what their teachers are talking about. They don't understand the true purpose of their teacher's lessons. The students don't think on their own, create their own answers, art, and theories. Students don't answer "why?" They don't notice that their life is filled with life lessons. They go into the world both lost and afraid. I am constantly asked with this one question, "what do I want to do with my life?" Right now, I am not sure of the answer. I seem to be lost like every other student, but I've got one more year in my high school education to restart, to reborn, to begin my education anew with a new way of thinking. A new way to see the world and the lessons given to me. Away from limits, to flourish as an independent thinker in a society that prevents it.

Track and Field.

Wow. I absolutely love Track and Field. With my hair up, shorts hiked up high, and breathing deeply and hard, I can now see why the guys on the track team are all over me. I just feel so confident both on the track and off of it. I flirt with all the attractive guys and I don't really ever hold back. And I am definitely improving! I am catching up with the other track and field veterans. I absolutely love it! This is definitely my sport!

The numero uno reason I joined Track and Field was to get a guy to ask me to Prom - and it happened! Plus, many other guys have noticed me and have asked me out on several occasions.

The endorphins are definitely on high drive in my body because I am super happy from all the running I've been doing lately!

I love track and field!

The moment I was waiting for..

Prom, may I say... was okay. It was really fun and all, but it wasn't necessarily the "wow" factor. And I really don't like my date all that much anymore. I guess that's just Prom for ya. I went to my high school Prom, hooray. I can't wait until Senior Prom now :D I am going to buy my dress long before Prom next time. It was way too stressful this year.

I got asked to Prom by the most perfect boy. He's on the track team and now I have a crush on him.

The fastest runner on the track team asked me out on a date.

Life's a big script.

I remember the time when I was really into acting that I told myself acting was best for me because I liked to memorize lines out of a script, have a director block out all my actions for me, and rehearse it over and over again until perfection.

Guess what? Maybe that moment in time was foreseeing my future. I think my future may involve the show biz. Not as an actress, but rather a writer! I get to write scripts and help the director develop the movie.

I absolutely enjoy writing scripts and I've written so many amazing plays; it's crazy! The scripts are usually for school projects and I am always the one writing the script! And the script is the most important element. My scripts have really gotten my classmates and I through a lot of school projects and they've always been funny and enjoyable!

I like to work behind the scenes and let my imagination flow. I am going to see how this goes. I shall start developing some scripts now!

Life on fast-forward.

Fast-forward button pushed?
Might accidentally.
Why is life going so fast?
Can't seem to enjoy, sadly.

Does something seem different?
Was that like that before?
Why does it seem as if
I'm missing something more.

Time is going way too fast.
I don't feel like aging.
The clock has changed, but not I.
Why am I not changing?

Along with the world I just
Can't stay with the pace.
I might be getting lost;
Last in this vital race.

I am running all alone.
Everybody gone.
Nightmare or reality?
Wake up and all is done.

I just realized how fast my life has been going. I seems as if I have pushed the fast-forward button and I am just watching my life; I am not living it.

I am just trying to get through the hassles of life; I am not enjoying the hassles of life! I really should be enjoying every aspect of my life. I should be living in the present moment. My mind is usually occupied with what has happened in the past or the aspirations for a brighter future.

My mind needs to be focused on the present moment - what is happening now! That's why time is going so fast for me, I am more focused on the past and future that I am missing every precious moment happening right now! That's the reason it seems as if I am missing so much in my life - I just don't stop and notice it all.

Seriously? It's almost Spring. It just seems like we just skipped Winter; there was hardly any snow this year!

And... it's already Prom and Senior Registration? Whoa there! Slow down now!

Now I am a believer that planet Earth now has shorter days. Am I still going to look really young even though 100 years have passed? That, I can accept. ;)

I need to wake up!

Time's a flying. No time to be oblivious to what is happening now.

I need to live consciously in the present moment!
